Children and youth are a vital part of the Christ Church community, and we seek to provide activities, ministries, and events for children and youth of all ages. We also encourage youth of all ages to participate in worship as acolytes.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Sunday School for all ages is held on Sundays from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Children learn about faith, scripture, sacraments, and Episcopal traditions; special attention is given to relating faith to issues facing children and youth today. The Sunday School also has several outreach projects each year.

YOUTH GROUP

The youth group meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from 6:30p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the church. The group talks about faith in the context of their lives, does activities to build community, and has fun. They also participate in the Pierce County Hunger Walk, provide Thanksgiving dinners for those in need, and deliver Easter baskets to the home-bound. There is one overnight event each year.
