Acolytes assist the clergy and others in worship services and special services such as weddings and funerals. Their goal is to enhance worship services for all participants.

The Altar Guild cares for the vestments, vessels, and supplies used at the altar, and assists the clergy in preparing for Sunday services, baptisms, weddings, funerals, and other occasions. Lay Eucharistic Ministers assist the clergy in distribution of Holy Communion during church services. These ministers are invited by the clergy, affirmed by the vestry, and licensed by the bishop.

Lectors proclaim God's word in worship by reading Bible lessons and leading the prayers of the people at the worship services. Contact person: Clergy/Phyllis Gill/Elaine Stafford

The Music Ministry includes the choir, which offers musical leadership to the congregation at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service and other special times, and the Music at Christ Church program.

The Worship Committee works in partnership with the clergy to help plan and monitor worship services, to make sure the Gospel is effectively proclaimed, and people are invited to join us. They help create worship services that are inviting, inspiring, and faithful to the Book Of Common Prayer.

Ushers and Greeters welcome worshippers on arrival, help them find seats, and make them feel comfortable. They also prepare and hand out leaflets, count the congregation for reports, and assist in collection.
